Shipping Policy

Please allow 3–10 business days for order fulfillment, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Domestic Shipping

U.S. orders are shipped via UPS Ground, with an estimated transit time of 1–5 business days once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide Express. Transit times may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, and other factors outside of our control.

Please note that fulfillment time is separate from shipping time.

Once your order has shipped, Iniko Ioré is no longer responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier. However, if your package has not arrived within 10 business days of the confirmed shipment date, please contact us and we will work with UPS to reach a resolution.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Iniko Ioré is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees associated with their order.
