SHIPPING 

Please allow 7-14 business days for order fulfillment (unless otherwise stated in product descriptions). 

UPS Ground Shipping: 1 - 5 business days 

Ups 

Once your garment is shipped, INIKO IORÉ is no longer responsible for your parcel. However, if your parcel does not arrive within 8 days of UPS's estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will work with UPS to reach a resolution.

 

TAXES & DUTIES 

INIKO IORÉ is not responsible for any duties/ taxes/ customs fees associated with any orders.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

INIKO IORÉ does not issue refunds unless you receive an incorrect or defective item.

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, INIKO IORÉ allows you to exchange any item(s) (excluding sale items) within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date.

Please email contact@inikoiore.com to submit a reason and request for your exchange. Once your request is approved, we will provide you the return label (for U.S. orders only). Please note that any customs and duties and additional costs for the return will need to be paid by you.

We highly advise you secure proof of postage (i.e. tracking number) as INIKO IORÉ is not responsible for any returns or exchanges that fail to reach us.

Products must be returned as received and in their original packaging: in their perfect, unused condition with all the original tags attached. Please include your packing slip in your return shipment.

Any packages and products returned in poor condition will not qualify for exchange.

** If we do not approve your return, please note that you are responsible for re-shipping costs. 

Once we approve your return, we will gladly offer you an exchange which will be processed within 7 days of receiving.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

INIKO IORÉ is not liable for any incorrect or inaccurate information provided by our customers. Executive changes to an order will be directly communicated to the email our customer provides at checkout.
